The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, supporting new business initiatives, and driving growth across the Canadian and Australian markets. They are highly organized, customer-centric, and capable of working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Monday – Friday | 11:00PM to 8:00AM (Manila time)

Responsibilities
• Find innovative approaches to market the software to prospective clients
• Follow-up with key prospects in a timely manner
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and build pipeline
• Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective clients
• Provide demos and follow up with prospective clients
• Onboard new clients efficiently and effectively by hosting live training sessions
• Transition new clients to Customer Service Representatives following the onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients via video conferencing, phone, and e-mail
• Follow up with clients to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities
• Develop solutions with clients for specific opportunities and complex issues
• Act as the main point of contact for clients in Canada and Australia
• Present all new products to existing clients and prospective clients
• Provide on-going opportunities to further increase software sales
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs
• Complete all administrative tasks such as sales analysis, market analysis, forecasting, etc
• Remain up to date on new trends within the software and migration industry
• Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, account management, sales, business development, or other client-facing roles
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth
- Experience in B2B software, migration services, or the legal industry is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded, with a strong customer focus and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative/value-based selling skills
- Creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business
- Digital marketing knowledge or experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
