About the Role:

  • Ordergroove is hiring a technical, finance-driven Growth Analyst to drive revenue for some of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands on the planet. You’ll be the engine behind strategic recommendations, digging deep into unit economics and revenue impact analyses that form the backbone of our biggest growth opportunities. You’ll work directly with our Director of Growth to pitch data-backed strategies and help expand our footprint in the market.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze unit economics scenarios to identify and highlight key revenue drivers, helping shape pitches and strategies that drive growth.

  • Develop revenue models to project potential revenue upside for feature-level growth opportunities.

  • Craft high-impact executive briefs that outline business plans and operational best practices on asymmetric revenue opportunities.

  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to create business plans that push growth and expansion.

  • Technical analysis that uncovers new opportunities for revenue improvement.

About You:

  • Strong background in eCommerce strategy with a solid understanding of growth levers like customer retention, conversion, and lifetime value

  • Skilled in building detailed revenue models and analyzing unit economics to inform strategic business choices

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, able to craft executive-level briefs that are clear, impactful, and data-driven

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to perform complex technical analysis and scenario modeling

  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to drive initiatives forward

  • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture while diving into the details to identify growth opportunities

  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
