The Growth Analyst is responsible for turning marketing performance data into insight that drives family growth across Learning Care Group's brand portfolio. This role owns Google Analytics 4 platform reporting, funnel measurement from acquisition through enrollment, and the growth data marts that make cross-channel measurement possible. This role ensures that every marketing dollar can be tied to a measurable outcome and that growth decisions are made from evidence, not opinion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Google Analytics 4 platform administration and reporting across Learning Care Group properties, including event configuration, custom dimensions and metrics, audience building, and cross-domain tracking.
- Build and maintain the growth data marts that unify paid, organic, social, and lifecycle performance data into a single view of the family journey.
- Design and produce recurring growth reporting on cost-per-registration, cost-per-enrollment, channel efficiency, and funnel conversion across the brand portfolio.
- Build cohort, retention, and channel attribution analyses that inform channel investment decisions.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence function on data mart schema, metric definitions, and semantic layer decisions to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
- Establish and enforce measurement standards across brands, including UTM taxonomy, view-through vs click-through rules, and standard metric definitions.
- Support the Sr Director of Paid Media and the Sr Director of Martech, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing with ad hoc analysis and business case support.
- Translate analytical findings into narrative recommendations for cross-functional leadership audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable analytical role is required.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 platform administration is required, including event configuration, custom dimensions and metrics, and audience building.
- Experience with SQL against a modern data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric) is required.
- Experience building performance dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is required.
- Experience translating measurement findings into recommendations for marketing leadership is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing analytics is preferred.
- Experience with modern data stack tools including dbt, Segment, or Hightouch is preferred.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling or marketing mix modeling is preferred.
- Experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic display, including reporting APIs, is preferred.
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-location consumer businesses is preferred.
- Google Analytics Certification is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable analytical outputs.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing measurement including UTM governance, view-through vs click-through attribution, and cross-domain tracking.
- Comfort working with imperfect data and being explicit about what is known versus assumed.
- Ability to generate insights from data, develop actionable recommendations, and present to leadership audiences clearly - leading with the finding and supporting with evidence.
- Standard analytics stack fluency including SQL, one BI platform, and one modern data warehouse.
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
- $100-110,000 base salary.
- This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
