About the role

The Growth Analyst at NIRA will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and optimising business performance through data-driven insights and marketing execution. This role blends deep analytical capability with hands-on campaign management across digital platforms such as Meta, Google, and others. The ideal candidate will use data to guide growth strategy, optimise funnels, and improve key business metrics like CAC and LTV.

Who is NIRA?

NIRA was acquired by Tilt in 2024 and is redefining financial services for India’s mass market, an underserved segment beyond traditional banks and fintechs. After achieving profitability in 2023 and strong product-market fit, we’re entering our next growth phase. This role is key to driving that expansion—scaling acquisition, uncovering insights, and shaping how NIRA grows across Middle India.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Performance Marketing Manager in a data-driven environment.

• Technical self-sufficiency (advanced SQL). With little eng/BI dependency, must be able to query raw data to investigate anomalies immediately.

• Forensic, first responder mindset. Obsessed with the ‘why’ behind data anomalies and acts with urgency to fix broken funnels in real time. Comfortable speaking with customers to validate data patterns.

• System-level understanding of the technical funnel plumbing (APIs, pixels, event triggers) from Impression to last conversion.

• Business outcome focused, maximising returns over volume.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
