Job Description:

- This is a 13-week internship opportunity open to students currently attending school in Utah and within commuting distance of PDQ headquarters in South Salt Lake City, UT.
- Schedule: (18) hours weekly (e.g., two 9-hour days M-TH with at least 1 day working from office).
As a Growth Analyst Intern, you’ll drive strategic initiatives across our Connect product. Your work will focus on developing theses and underlying analyses as the relate to customer / potential customer. This role is pivotal in determining product decisions that impact product adoption and business growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, test, and build modeling that define key metrics along the user journey (e.g., What key things should a healthy customer do before purchase? What thing should they do after purchasing?)
- Identify customer journey improvement opportunities along experiences such as upgrading, migrating from one of our other products to Connect, getting setup to use Connect, etc.
- Report regularly on key performance metrics to company leadership (analysis will be standardized, but insights and contextualization of results will be new every time)
- Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations
Who you are:
- In your final year of studying for an undergraduate degree with a passion for product management / strategy
- Ownership: Proactive, organized, and accountable, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer engagement.
- Honesty: Transparent, empathetic, and have integrity in all interactions
- Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally and foster a culture of collaboration. Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Improvement: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills (Strong Excel skills is a must; SQL proficiency is a plus—or the aptitude to learn quickly on the job)
- Self-starter, with demonstrated perseverance or initiative to grow
- Previous experience in internships related to product management, management consulting, strategy, and data analysis is a big plus
