About the Team
The Growth Account Executive Team plays a vital role in our go-to-market strategy. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing deals with companies having fewer than 400 employees. This will lay the groundwork for future expansion and revenue growth for the company. While we work diligently to achieve our goals, we also prioritize maintaining a fun, collaborative, and well-balanced culture.
About the Role
As a member of the Miro Growth sales team, you will empower organizations with fewer than 400 employees to adopt Miro as their preferred innovation workspace. You'll join a team of motivated and energetic sales professionals who excel at acquiring new customers, managing primarily high-velocity sales cycles while also gaining exposure to larger, more strategic deals. You will present the Miro value proposition to a diverse range of accounts across various industries. This hybrid sales role involves not only landing new customers but also maintaining and nurturing relationships post-sale to drive expansion sales cycles.
What you’ll do
- Prospect into your assigned territory and win Miro’s next wave of new customers
- Expand existing customers via proactive selling strategies, engaging new lines of business to start using Miro for their key use cases
- Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Create, deliver, and manage client demos, pilots, and proposals
- Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
- Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
- Actively managing quotes and proposals
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends
What you’ll need
- 2-3 years in a Sales environment (either in a full-cycle closing role or SDR background, ideally within SaaS)
- Maintain a proven record of consistently hitting & exceeding quotas or working towards KPIs
- Have excellent presence and proven ability to influence at all levels
- Have strong curiosity and business acumen
- Strong interest in or experience with modern sales methodologies
- Structured thinker and communicator
- You are an analytical problem solver who uses data to make informed decisions
- Passionate about technology
- Bachelor degree
