What You’ll Do
As Group Technical Manager, you will lead and coordinate technical service activities across our service network, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for customers and internal teams. Acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues, you’ll drive improvements in vehicle reliability, diagnostics, and service performance, while shaping the future technical strategy to support emerging technologies and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a highly experienced technical leader with a strong background in heavy automotive, bus, coach, or similar sectors. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, with a proven ability to lead multi-site teams, solve complex technical challenges, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A passion for continuous improvement, safety, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes is essential.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience within an OEM or tier-one supplier environment
- Exposure to zero-emission technologies (electric, hydrogen)
- Experience influencing product design through in-service feedback
