Your Opportunity: Group Sales Manager – Association & SMERF Markets

We’re seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue growth by cultivating new business and managing key accounts in the Association & SMERF segments. This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, delivering results, and representing a brand known for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively secure group business within Association & SMERF markets
  • Manage and grow existing accounts with strategic sales efforts
  • Develop new business opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain market expertise
  • Represent Drury Hotels at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4 years of group sales experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (Microsoft Office)
  • College degree in sales/marketing is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%
