The RoleAs a Group Room Coordinator, you will manage group reservations and rooming lists, ensuring all group bookings are accurate and properly communicated across departments. You help deliver a seamless experience for group guests, from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Be Doing• Manage group bookings, rooming lists, and reservation details in the hotel system
• Coordinate with sales, front office, and housekeeping to ensure group requirements are met
• Input, update, and maintain accurate group reservation information
• Monitor room blocks, pickup, and cut-off dates
• Communicate changes, special requests, and VIP details to appropriate departments
• Assist with pre-arrival planning and group arrivals
• Respond to inquiries from group clients and internal teams
• Ensure billing instructions and group arrangements are accurate
• Follow all hotel standards, policies, and procedures
