- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple squads.
- Set product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Own the group roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, GTM teams, and EPD leadership.
- Stay on top of metrics for all areas
- Establish product rituals and processes to streamline operations across the organization.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback.
- Define and track key performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Present strategy and results to executives.
- Contribute as an IC on a specific area of your team.
- Hire and onboard Product Managers to the product organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years managing a team of Product Managers.
- Proven experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership of business metrics and results.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and high expectations.
- Experience in startups and/or at scale.
- High standards for product quality and user experience.
- Passionate about AI
Nice to Have
- Experience in leading AI-driven products
- Background in developer platforms or productivity tools.
- Familiarity with ClickUp’s product areas (e.g., Views, Tasks, Whiteboard, Mobile, Chrome extension).
