That’s why we’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join our expanding Infobip team. This leadership role is vital in driving cross-functional collaboration, shaping the future of our product offering, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.

As a Group Product Manager, you will play a key role in guiding Product team, aligning product development with market needs, and maximizing business impact across the board.

What will you do at Infobip?
  • Organize, coordinate, and guide the work of product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement across the department and suggest actionable changes.
  • Conduct market research to inform product direction in line with the product strategy.
  • Engage in product discovery, understand stakeholder needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Provide ongoing input and support during the product development cycle
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to maximize delivery impact.
  • Perform final product testing, validate product quality, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders - development teams, sales, marketing, leadership, and clients.
  • Act as the key internal and external representative of the product, enabling sales and marketing teams with the right positioning and messaging.
More about you:
  • Proven experience in product leadership roles (Group PM, Lead PM, or similar).
  • Experience managing multiple product teams or product areas.
  • Strong track record of driving impact and aligning product development with business strategy.
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to drive strategy while simultaneously diving deep into execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across departments and seniority levels.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, delivery, and optimization processes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS.
  • Skilled in prioritization, team coordination, and process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A team player with a proactive, independent approach and a strong sense of ownership.
