The team is made up of product managers who take pride in high ownership, strong product intuition, and long-term thinking. We are seeking a highly experienced leader, specializing in trading products, to establish and lead a local team in Singapore. This team will primarily focus on international derivatives for advanced traders and collaborate with the US Trading team to define and deliver Coinbase's next-generation trading experience. The role involves leading multi-quarter, cross-organizational initiatives, mentoring product managers, and delivering high-quality trading products that address both local and global customer requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the discovery and development of mission-critical trading products, including order placement, execution flows, and user experience
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and other functions to align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap.
- Mentor and coach product managers across various levels, fostering growth and developing the next generation of trading and product leaders.
- Elevate product quality and promote best practices through product reviews, user research guidance, and process improvements.
- Be the face of trading to customers and partners throughout APAC
What we look for in you:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping large-scale consumer or trading products, including significant leadership roles.
- You’ve cut your teeth by building killer trading products (traditional or crypto), with hands-on experience and strategic oversight in areas like order types, execution algorithms, market data presentation, or risk management.
- You are customer-obsessed and bring strong product intuition to strategic planning and technical decision-making.
- You’ve proven the ability to lead and drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries, influencing stakeholders and achieving consensus.
- Hold a high bar for quality, user experience, and operational excellence, instilling these values within the team.
- You get the need to innovate and push the boundaries while remaining fully compliant with regulations in different markets
- Comfort in high velocity environments across time zones, geographies and cultures, with some travel
- Strong ability to engage and go deep with target trading customers

- You’ve been a critical part of a company that builds complicated trading platforms
- You’ve dominated PnL leaderboards yourself
- Familiarity with regulated environments and designing for compliance and regulation
