Job Overview

Rocket Growth (RG) is a Coupang Fulfillment business that enables sellers to offer customers the best-in-class delivery and post-purchase experience. With RG, sellers’ products get the Rocket badge and are delivered via Coupang’s Rocket delivery network.

RG is the fastest-growing team in Coupang with an ambitious roadmap. We are hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our Settlement & Policy Platforms, driving scalable systems that power financial flows, enforce program rules, and build trust with sellers and customers.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product strategy, architecture, and execution for settlement systems and policy platforms. You will define KPIs tied to OKRs, challenge the status quo, and drive alignment across a diverse stakeholder set.



Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Settlement & Policy platforms
  • Build scalable systems for:
    • Settlement workflows (Fees, disbursements, adjustments)
    • Policy enforcement (eligibility, compliance, seller behavior rules)
  • Design configurable platforms that enable rapid rollout of new policies, fee structures, and promotions

Execution Excellence

  • Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, development, launch, and iteration
  • Define success metrics (accuracy, latency, adoption, dispute rate) and drive continuous improvement
  • Enable experimentation (A/B testing) on fee structures, incentives, and policy interventions

System & Platform Design

  • Build robust, auditable systems for high-accuracy financial operations
  • Partner with engineering to implement policy engines and settlement logic that scale across markets
  • Reduce operational overhead through automation and system-driven guardrails

Stakeholder Management

  • Align Finance, Legal, Compliance, Seller Ops, and Engineering on product strategy
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions
  • Drive prioritization based on business impact and long-term scalability

Seller Experience

  • Improve transparency and trust in settlement calculations
  • Build tools and reporting that reduce seller disputes and increase clarity

Mentorship & Leadership

  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to strong product culture
  • Lead through influence and set high standards for product thinking and execution


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or marketplace platforms
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly comfortable with data
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech, finance, and business teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Bilingual Korean–English speaker
