The Group Digital Product Manager will define Ford's Uptime product strategy, oversee performance, and drive alignment across teams to enhance service efficiency.
Summary Generated by Built In

Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will

revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide. Integrated Services creates and markets new customer products and experiences by integrating hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Model e, Ford Pro and Lincoln. Within Integrated Services, our Digital Product Team leads the charge on creating innovative software for our customers. Through listening to customers, research, and a deep understanding of the market, this team leads the future on how Ford can differentiate its vehicles and create experiences customers love. We are looking for passionate product professionals who will continue to help us redefine the future of mobility.

Service is one of Ford’s most critical focus areas. Every hour a vehicle remains in the shop impacts customer loyalty, dealer economics, and Ford’s brand trust. Uptime is a global enterprise priority — and a defining element of our promise to care for our customers’ time.

As Group Digital Product Manager, Global Uptime, this is a high impact opportunity to define and drive the global digital product strategy focused on materially reducing repair order duration across Ford’s dealer network.

You will build and evolve a portfolio of enterprise platforms that enable faster triage, streamlined case management, real-time performance visibility, and service accountability at scale. These products sit at the center of Ford’s service ecosystem - connecting data, workflows, and stakeholders to eliminate friction and accelerate time-to-repair worldwide.

You will shape the multi-year global roadmap that unifies these capabilities into a scalable, interoperable digital ecosystem, aligning regional complexity with enterprise consistency and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Define and lead the multi-year global vision and strategy for Ford’s Uptime product portfolio, aligning to enterprise priorities and long-term service transformation goals.

  • Architect a coherent ecosystem strategy that connects predictive intelligence, workflow optimization, and customer transparency into a scalable global platform.

  • Own end-to-end portfolio performance, establishing clear outcome-based measures tied to customer experience, operational efficiency, and business impact - and using those insights to continuously refine investment and prioritization decisions.

  • Drive strategic alignment across engineering, design, data science, operations, and global regions to deliver interoperable, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Influence senior leadership through structured business cases, data-driven insights, and clear articulation of trade-offs.

  • Set the standard for product excellence across the Uptime portfolio — elevating customer discovery, prioritization rigor, experimentation, and measurable delivery.

  • Ensure technical feasibility and architectural alignment across products in close partnership with engineering leadership.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across global regions.

  • Navigate Ford’s matrix organization to accelerate decision-making, remove obstacles, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

  • Balance near-term operational wins with long-term platform innovation and scalability.

  • Champion continuous improvement and modern product practices across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

You will have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 10+ years of product management experience in technology-driven environments.

  • Demonstrated experience leading strategy and execution across multiple products or a complex platform ecosystem.

  • Proven ability to define and manage outcome-based performance frameworks at a portfolio level.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.

  • Deep analytical rigor and comfort operating in data-rich environments.

  • Experience launching and scaling enterprise or B2B platforms.

  • Track record of translating ambiguity into structured strategy and measurable results.

  • Familiarity with Agile software methodologies and modern product development practices.

Even better, you may have...

  • Knowledge within automotive service space is a plus
