To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Group Platforms Manager to lead and oversee our enterprise applications platform with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Service Cloud, SalesForce and integrated systems. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, scalability and continuous improvement of group systems across our global pharmaceutical operations. The successful candidate will partner with solution architects, business leaders, and cross functional IT teams to deliver best-in-class technology solutions supporting supply chain, procurement, finance, invoicing, order management, warehousing, distribution and Hyperion financial planning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Group Platform Manager for group systems, incl. Oracle EBS, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architects and solution architects to align technology roadmaps with business strategy.
- Oversee design, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle EBS modules including SCM, Finance, Procurement, Invoices, Orders, and Warehousing.
- Manage the integration and interoperability between Oracle EBS, Service Cloud, Hyperion, and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver enhancements that maximize platform value.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (GxP, SOX, data integrity, validation, etc.).
- Drive platform upgrades, patching, and improvements to meet evolving business, technology and security needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, service-level agreements, and external consulting resources.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including platform governance standards, policies, and operating procedures
- Ensure access controls, licensing and account provisioning are under management and forecasts are aligned with roadmap and budget, driving cost optimization where possible.
- Act as the final escalation point for all platform-related issues and risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms across a similar organisation, including Oracle eBS, Service Cloud, Salesforce, and hosting on OCI.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integration, and software lifecycle management.
- Experience with management tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong vendor management and matrix team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices.
