H&M Studios, part of the Marketing department, creates fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, such as model images, product images, and video assets. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand.
As a Group Manager, Product Coordination you will lead the team of Product Coordinators and Production Assistants. You will collaborate closely with planning and production teams to ensure daily operations, as well as being responsible for future proofing our sample management and ways of working. This is a unique opportunity to influence both the creative and operational outcomes of our content production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will:
- Lead a team of Product Coordinators and Production Assistants and develop your teams’ competences and execution.
- Be responsible for planning, leading and driving a function. Securing resources needed with the right skillset. Secure running operations and business planning.
- Have responsibility for developing your functions, way of working, and general processes to secure current and future ways of working.
- Act on feedback and input regarding your teams’ performance and output from key stakeholders as other managers within Operations as well as Studio Managers.
- Take an active role and responsibility for budget execution according to goals and focus areas. Identify and drive actions to improve business and creative outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE

- Experience in leading a function or team, with strong people management and coaching skills
- Experience from product coordination in store and/or marketing production environment
- Ability to develop and implement effective processes and ways of working
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
- A strong understanding of business planning and budget execution
