Group Manager, EMEA People & Culture
Position Overview
Foxit is seeking a Group Manager, EMEA People & Culture to lead our regional people operations and recruiting functions, supporting employees and fostering an exceptional employee experience. This role is pivotal in enabling our EMEA team to deliver on strategic initiatives while cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative workplace aligned with Foxit’s core values and business objectives.
The Group Manager will focus on implementing and refining HR strategies across Foxit’s EMEA offices, driving initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with regional employment laws. This individual will play a strategic role in enhancing the employee experience and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with the company’s overall goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HR operations across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Design and implement policies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the EMEA region.
Oversee regional compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Mentor and develop the EMEA People & Culture team, ensuring alignment with employee needs and organizational objectives.
Partner with the EMEA Management Director and executive leaders to provide strategic HR insights and actionable recommendations.
Drive leadership and employee development programs to support professional growth and performance.
Foster a high-performance culture through effective talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regional employment laws and regulations.
Lead organizational change efforts, implementing robust change management strategies to guide employees through transitions.
Collaborate with global HR counterparts to align EMEA initiatives with Foxit’s overarching People & Culture strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global tech or SaaS environment.
Experience implementing HRIS solutions is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation across the EMEA region.
Proven ability to develop and implement impactful HR strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
