Position Summary
The Group Manager will lead the Operations part of the Design & Marketing Solutions within the Global Solution Center, India (GCC). This role is responsible for driving operations, service delivery, and people management across this domain. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster innovation while managing cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of design and marketing solutions within the GSC
- Design and Implement operational structure to drive global transitions
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting business KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements across functions
- Implement governance frameworks to monitor performance and compliance
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
2. Leadership & People Management
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development strategies
3. Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the solutions roadmap in alignment with GSC and Global business goals

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the GSC and global business teams

- MBA or equivalent preferred
