Duties Include:
- Directing daily activities of inventory control to achieve maximum efficiency
- Complete training and assisting employees with daily duties
- Effectively communicating daily goals
- Basic problem solving of system and department issues
- Train new employees
- Conduct quality audits when needed
- Maintain partnership with operations and 3rd party contractors to promote productivity
- Additional responsibilities as needed by Manager/ Supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:
- mmunicate with various personality types and all levels of the organization
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Ability to use radio frequency (RF) unit; when/ if applicable
- Able to perform or learn to perform same job functions as associates within assigned department
- License to operate power equipment (All Hi Lo’s)
- Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours as needed
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good reasoning and decision making skills
- Understanding of distribution center operations

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
