Job Description
- Develop HR services in German Payroll area, leading the team professionally and autonomously.
- Create a work environment that ensures ongoing optimization and standardization of HR processes.
- Plan and manage the workforce within the team, assuming responsibility for internal team projects as well as for cross-functional projects.
- Act as a contact person for the HR Business Partner and customers and effectively handle escalation topics with department managers in the respective business units serviced.
- Prioritize tasks according to key performance indicators.
- Communicate and cooperate across borders in an intercultural environment and team.
- Monitor cost and time spent on regular actions focusing on quality.
- Ensure high process and performance quality considering risk and compliance aspects.
- Support further development of associates.
Qualifications
- Background: You have a bachelor's degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology or any Human Resources related specialization.
- Experience: You have at least 5 years leadership experience. You also have deep working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition, Associate Management, CompBen, Payroll etc.). You have experience in cooperation with Germany, preferably in payroll field.
- Personality: You are reliable, you have an agile mindset, ability of working under pressure, you are supportive, flexible, able to handle an international, dynamic operation.
- Working practice: You are structured, result oriented and have great organizational skills. You have the ability to solve problems in an analytical way paired with a hands-on approach. Good IT skills are beneficial.
- Languages: You have advanced German and English (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are a plus.
