Group Lead-Business Analyst

We are seeking a Group Lead Business Analyst for Banking and Cash Solutions to work with Cash Products to manage all data aspects of Cash Product promotions, including list creation, tracking and reporting. The person also back up other staff on rate setting, rate implementation, sweep program tracking and adhoc requests. Strong technical and collaboration skills are required to develop efficient and effective tracking and reporting systems for the promotions

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all data aspects of Cash Product promotions, tracking, reporting and fulfillment list creation.

• Provide back-up support for other Pricing Team staff for rate setting, rate implementation, sweep tracking and adhoc requests.

• Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities.

• Participate in promotional planning discussions and provide feedback on terms and conditions to ensure accurate tracking and fulfilment.

• Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.

• Apply analytical skills to understand the data & provide the required information to leadership.

• Designs, develops and automate report processes and programs.

• Identifies appropriate technology solution to meet business needs.

• Documents process, data definitions, data sources and assists with testing.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Analytics or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in reporting, Analytics and Project management;

• 2+ years of experience in banking industry.

• Strong analytical skills, with strong hands-on experience in data cleansing, identification of trends, Anomalies etc.

• Strong Knowledge & Experience of working in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL.

• Excellent executive facing communication skills coupled with a strong track record of driving value for business.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Thinking ability to add more value to the existing processes.

• Ability to consistently meet established deadlines.

• Python & VBA expertise supporting larger dataset will be a plus.
