In this role, you will be a crucial part of our JDE application team, delivering second-level support in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a variety of professionals, from finance managers to on-site staff, supporting over 3,000 users across NZ and Australia. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient use of our ERP systems through best practices and proactive problem-solving. This is a full time, fixed-term role until August 2027.
 

As a JDE System Analyst, you will:  

• Provide second-level support and resolve functional issues.
• Support and enhance JDE system.
• Manage support queues and provide timely assistance to end users.
• Collaborate with business users and other application teams to ensure optimal system use.
• Maintain relevant documentation.
• Conduct user audit reporting.
• Train and assist end users, enhancing their understanding and usage of the JDE system.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP systems, particularly in second-level support roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with support SLA’s, issue/defect tracking, and call ticketing systems.
• A relevant Tertiary qualification in business, information systems/technology, or relevant industry experience.
