The Group Human Resources Specialist will provide practical, front-line Human Resource support to local management and teams within Monaco, as well as working with Group Human Resources on projects, governance and strategy implementation.
Monaco Human Resources
Supporting the General Manager with all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to:
· Working with managers on their recruitment needs as they arise, including internal approval and hiring process and procedures, and ensuring Monegasque recruiting practices are adhered to
· Working with recruitment, Group Human Resources and the General Manager on contracts and offer letters
· Administer onboarding for new hires and offboarding for leavers using the BambooHR system
· Ensuring compliance with local employment law
· Provide first-line Human Resource support to managers and team members in conjunction with the General Manager and jurisdictional guidelines
· BambooHR governance to support the accurate and timely maintenance of data
Antibes Human Resources
· Working with the Head of Human Resources, Antibes, to support in times of high workload and holidays
· BambooHR governance to support the accurate and timely maintenance of data
Group Human Resources
Work with the Group Human Resources team on initiatives and projects as they arise including:
· GDPR governance
· Annual performance appraisals
· Culture and Engagement strategy
· Implementation and completion of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
· Team Member Handbook and policy change
This is a hands-on role requiring sound judgement, confidence in advising managers, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
· CIPD or Master RH / Master Gestion des Resources Humaines qualified
· Experience providing front-line HR advice to managers
· Working knowledge of French employment law
· Working knowledge of Monaco employment legislation or strong willingness to develop expertise
· Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
· Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Confident, pragmatic, and professional communication style
Desirable experience:
· International or multi-entity environment
· Cross-border employment issues
Personal attributes:
· Professional, discreet, and credible
· Calm and practical when handling sensitive matters
· Comfortable balancing Group standards with local requirements
· Able to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate
