YOUR ROLE
You will be reporting to the Group Sales & Operational Director, and you will be responsible for Driving Top Line Growth thanks to 3 pillars:
Create & Share Best Practices on all segments (SME, MM, LNA) and all activities (Hunting, Farming, Retention)
Monitor Business Performances evolution and propose action plan to accelerate
Implement Global Transformation projects to secure future Top Line Growth
The first priority of the job will be to focus on the Acquisition of SME:
Monthly Monitoring and consolidation of the performances at country level
Weekly/monthly Business reviews with Countries
Create action plan to support BUs and help them to accelerate / turnaround
Travel to countries to deeply understand local processes and how to improve it
Continually raise the level of game using all sales efficiency levers
Once this battle stabilized, the second priority of the job will be to focus on the MM Acquisition:
Create framework to structure all levers
Define action plan country per country to implement levers
Monitor results
Perform change management
Quarterly Monitoring and consolidation of the performances at country level
The third priority will be to focus on increasing the value of our portfolio (farming + retention)

YOUR PROFILE
You have between 7-10 years of experience in sales and / or consulting, you are graduated from a top Business / Engineering School.
You have demonstrated a strong capacity to:
work in a multinational environment & transversal mode
Simplify complex topics
Convince people
Identify new trends
Demonstrate high business acumen and good judgment
