About the Role: Incumbent will be responsible for driving Ad sales revenue pertaining to FMCG
category by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytm's overall
business objectives. You will lead a team of Ad sales professionals and work closely with
cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to identify new revenue
opportunities and grow our advertiser base.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth for Paytm's advertising
business
● Build and manage a high-performing sales team that delivers against revenue targets and
KPIs
● Establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and leverage those
relationships to grow the business
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure
alignment with company objectives
● Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
● Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
● Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management
Eligibility Criteria:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
● 12+ years of experience in advertising sales specifically into CPG or FMCG segment, with a
proven track record of delivering revenue growth
● Experience in digital advertising
● Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and
managing high-performing teams
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key
stakeholders
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy and tactics
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
