Role Summary
In this role, you will analyze fraud queries and activity, ensure that all cases are recorded and escalated in accordance with policy, and manage the case to completion.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Analyze Fraud queries relating ensuring the case is recorded and escalated in line with policy and managed through to conclusion.
- Undertake any relevant internal and external reporting requirements.
- Propose changes to process to mitigate risk where relevant.
- Work independently within policy and procedure with minimal guidance and seek clarity and support where appropriate.
- Liaise with other internal functions and external companies and clients as appropriate.
- Ensure fraud cases are escalated internally appropriately.
- Maintain a level of technical and business knowledge to manage cases through to conclusion.
- Support the ongoing development of the fraud reporting tool and champion its use where possible.
- Support ongoing development and learning of other team members.
- Ensure documented procedures, guidance and policy are maintained, reviewed, and updated regularly with regards specifically to fraud.

- Excellent IT skills especially knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of EQ Systems
- Self-organization
- Self-motivation
- Ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to plan tasks and keep to timescales
- Ability to identify system/process improvements
- Able to write reports /communicate with Senior Managers
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
