Group FP&A Manager

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group FP&A Manager. Reporting and working closely with the Group FP&A Director, as well as the rest of the team, this position will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction by delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting and forecasts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work internationally across diverse geographies and provide a helicopter view on all company financials. It allows you to develop a deep understanding of Verisure’s business model and includes high exposure to the company’s senior leadership. This is a challenging, high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to the organization’s continued success and global presence.

About the role

As the Group FP&A Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate, timely, and well-presented financial reporting and forecasts. You will help manage the reporting cycle, including monthly internal reports and budget/forecast processes. By identifying, maintaining, and evaluating critical information, you will enable sound planning and decision-making, recommending actions that propel the company forward.

This role is pivotal in driving our vision forward, spearheading data analytics and insight initiatives that shape the company’s strategic direction. You will control the performance of various programs, initiatives, and overall company operations, ensuring they align with our objectives. Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality materials for distribution and presentation, offering clarity and impact in communicating key insights.

This role provides a holistic perspective on the company’s performance across the Group, requiring close collaboration with all Group functions and country teams. You will analyze and challenge data to uncover actionable insights, presenting your findings in ways that inspire informed decision-making. Your contributions will be essential in supporting and accelerating our growth while fostering meaningful relationships across existing and emerging markets.

With a truly international scope, this position offers the opportunity to work across diverse geographies and cultures, collaborating with teams in Europe and Latin America. A significant part of the role involves partnering with local finance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting, as well as developing and implementing KPIs and analytical measurement tools that drive efficiency and accountability.

The role is based in Geneva.

Other responsibilities:

• Analyze country performance to identify opportunities and maximize ROI.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and support financial planning (budgets, forecasts, LRP).
• Coordinate with markets and group functions; oversee monthly reporting and Board pack production.
• Provide strategic recommendations and strengthen finance maturity.
• Collaborate across functions and lead FP&A initiatives.
• Track KPIs, manage P&L reporting, and drive financial projects and audits.

About you

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex challenges with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and possess resilience to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to delivering results are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or strategy roles, ideally in an international setting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analyzing financial statements.
• Strong English proficiency: other European languages are a plus.
