Global FP&A Manager – AKTG

Location: Monaco

Reporting to: Senior Director of FP&A

The Role

AKTG is seeking a high-calibre Global FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics across its global business segments including tour operations (TOCs), destination management companies (DMCs), owned camps and lodges, river cruise operations, and ocean cruise businesses.

This is a Group-level role responsible for coordinating and consolidating FP&A insights across business segments to provide end-to-end visibility and oversight of income statement performance, enhance financial transparency, and support consistent, data-driven decision-making.

Working closely with Commercial Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, and regional Finance teams, the role will synthesise inputs from across the business to deliver clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders, and support key transformation and performance improvement initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes across global business segments
  • Provide end-to-end visibility and oversight of income statement performance, including variance analysis and performance tracking
  • Drive consistency and standardisation of FP&A processes, assumptions, and reporting frameworks across business segments
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models inputs and scenario planning analysis for coordination with long range plan.
  • Coordinate and consolidate insight from Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality understanding of revenue and margin performance
  • Monitor and analyse key cost drivers and margin performance (cost type and functional analysis), identifying risks and opportunities across the Group
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting and analysis, providing visibility on liquidity and working capital
  • Support and track capital expenditure (capex) by project and type, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Contribute to executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and cross-segment performance insights
  • Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and performance improvement programmes
  • Support investment decisions and business case development where applicable

About You

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in FP&A or related finance roles
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, tours, DMC, or cruise industries is advantageous
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating across multiple geographies and business models
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at senior levels
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a matrixed, international environment
