Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise applications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HRMS, Salesforce, Jira)
- Drive application modernization, automation, and "Digital by Default" initiatives
- Define and enforce architecture standards for integration, data flow, and system interoperability
- Act as main liaison between IT and business for translating requirements into technical solutions
- Manage key vendor relationships, contracts, license usage, and application costs
- Ensure application security, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.), and governance processes
- Lead internal teams and external partners in project delivery, support, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years managing enterprise applications in a multi-country, matrixed organization
- Strong functional & technical expertise in at least two major platforms (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and application lifecycle management
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Associate, Salesforce Admin, Oracle HRMS)
