About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with the headquarters team in Switzerland to support strategic decision making
- through financial planning, performance analysis, and constructive challenge
- of cost structures.
- Set business priorities in close collaboration with functional leaders and proactively
- support them in delivering agreed cost targets.
- Review and challenge financial reporting with a focus on business performance, cost
- management, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management by extracting data from financial
- systems and delivering clear, well-structured reports with actionable insights.
- Oversee the central controlling view of the P&L across geographical markets in
- partnership with the Commercial Division, ensuring transparency, accountability, and
- active management of risks and opportunities.
- Support supply chain controlling activities by monitoring logistics costs, and
- operational KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities and improve cost transparency.
- Partner with supply chain finance stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance service
- levels while optimizing working capital.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, accounting,
- economics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in
- business controlling, commercial finance, or supply chain controlling within FMCG,
- luxury, retail, or consulting.
- Strong business partnering capabilities with a proactive, performance-driven, and
- consulting-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to constructively
- challenge senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience in financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and
- translating data into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
- Good understanding of operational and supply chain drivers, including logistics costs,
- inventory, service levels, and working capital, with the ability to connect operational
- performance to financial outcomes.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with a structured problem-solving
- approach and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into clear
- messages, insightful reports, and practical recommendations.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively across finance, commercial, and operations or supply chain teams.
- Strong systems knowledge, ideally including SAP, advanced Excel skills for modelling and scenario analysis, PowerBI experience, and confident use of PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
