About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the headquarters team in Switzerland to support strategic decision making
  • through financial planning, performance analysis, and constructive challenge
  • of cost structures.
  • Set business priorities in close collaboration with functional leaders and proactively
  • support them in delivering agreed cost targets.
  • Review and challenge financial reporting with a focus on business performance, cost
  • management, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management by extracting data from financial
  • systems and delivering clear, well-structured reports with actionable insights.
  • Oversee the central controlling view of the P&L across geographical markets in
  • partnership with the Commercial Division, ensuring transparency, accountability, and
  • active management of risks and opportunities.
  • Support supply chain controlling activities by monitoring logistics costs, and
  • operational KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities and improve cost transparency.
  • Partner with supply chain finance stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance service
  • levels while optimizing working capital.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, accounting,
  • economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in
  • business controlling, commercial finance, or supply chain controlling within FMCG,
  • luxury, retail, or consulting.
  • Strong business partnering capabilities with a proactive, performance-driven, and
  • consulting-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to constructively
  • challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and
  • translating data into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Good understanding of operational and supply chain drivers, including logistics costs,
  • inventory, service levels, and working capital, with the ability to connect operational
  • performance to financial outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with a structured problem-solving
  • approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into clear
  • messages, insightful reports, and practical recommendations.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively across finance, commercial, and operations or supply chain teams.
  • Strong systems knowledge, ideally including SAP, advanced Excel skills for modelling and scenario analysis, PowerBI experience, and confident use of PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
