At Air Charter Service (ACS), we arrange bespoke group charter flights for clients across the globe, including sports teams, music tours, corporate events, production crews, and luxury travel groups.

We are looking for a Group Charter Sales Consultant to join our Geneva office. As part of this role you will learn how to develop client relationships, manage charter projects and deliver exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion!

** Please note - 6 months training for this position will take place in our London HQ, please only apply if you can commit to this **

Job Description

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to: 

  • Build your portfolio of potential clients through research across internal and external databases, websites, industry networks, and social media.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings (both virtual and face-to-face), converting opportunities into long-term ACS customers.
  • Build strong relationships with airlines and commercial aircraft operators to source the most suitable aircraft solutions for your clients' requirements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.
  • Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
  • Represent ACS during flight departures, overseeing operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs 
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills both verbally and in writing
  • *Must be able to travel frequently & often at short notice* 
  • *Valid drivers license required* 

Additional Information

  • 70'000 CHF Base Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission
  • 6 months training in our Headquarters (LON) - flights and accommodation included
  • Depending on preference, the location of this position can be based in Geneva or Zurich 
  • 22 days holiday per year which increases with length of service
