About the role
All financial information in the Electrolux Group is reported to and consolidated at Group Accounting & Reporting (GA&R) in Stockholm. We prepare the consolidated accounts for the Group and produce the annual and quarterly reports in close collaboration with Group Business Control (GBC) and Investor Relations (IR). GA&R is responsible for the systems used for reporting, consolidation (AARO) and output reports (Workiva). We are now looking for an intern to support the Group Accounting & Reporting team. The role is reporting to the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting at Electrolux Group and will be based at our global headquarters in Stockholm.
Typical day
It’s quite certain that no day is like the other one. Many different activities within financial reporting and consolidation will come your way during your time with us at Electrolux Group Accounting & Reporting. You will be working closely together with an experienced and dedicated team, sometimes with a high workload but always with great teamship and a positive mindset.
Main tasks
You will be involved in system-related activities such as system administration of AARO – our system for financial reporting and consolidation – and Workiva – our system for production of external reports.
User administration (adding/removing/changing users & user rights etc.)
User support (related to how to report, what to report etc. - not IT issues)
Preparing systems for reporting (setting up periods, forms, packages etc.)
You will also participate in external reporting activities related to the production of external reports: quarterly interim reports and annual reports.
Transferring data from AARO to Workiva
Checking comparative information
Updating numbers and text sections in Workiva
Proof-reading English and Swedish versions
Parallel reading of English and Swedish versions
Supporting the annual report project manager
You will also get involved in the monthly reporting and consolidation process, projects concerning new reporting requirements as well as continuous improvements to make sure we perform our work effectively.
Experience/qualifications
Actively enrolled for the all duration of the internship in a Bachelor OR Master degree in finance/business administration/accounting.
Genuine interest in learning from Group Accounting & Reporting.
Fluent in Swedish.
Strong English skills, oral and written.

This is a full-time position, based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden).
