What your typical day will look like:
As the Group Account Director, you are the strategic lead and trusted advisor to our clients, responsible for driving account growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading a high-performing team. You play a pivotal role in translating client needs into meaningful campaigns while fostering collaboration across internal teams.
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand agency support through strategic counsel and insight
- Set and track revenue goals per account, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—briefing, creative development, production, and delivery—while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide leadership to the account team, setting KPIs, offering feedback, and actively contributing to ideation and innovation

- A T-shaped thinker with deep client knowledge and broad awareness of creative, media, digital, and data disciplines
- Confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable leading client meetings and presenting creative strategies
