We are inviting applications for permanent Groundsperson positions at Randwick Barracks.

As part of Downer's Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract, we continue to deliver essential Base and Estate services across the Australian Defence Force's two largest regions – NSW/ACT and Queensland. This work builds on our long-standing partnership with Defence, which spans more than 80 years and supports critical Defence capability across Australia.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Conduct routine grounds maintenance activities across estates.
• Grounds maintenance, irrigation operation, equipment handling.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Horticulture. (desirable)
• Medium or Heavy Rigid Truck Licence. (desirable)
• Current Open Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
