The Role

Maintains the community’s landscaped grounds year-round by operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Works independently and collaboratively to keep outdoor areas attractive and well maintained. Requires at least six months of landscaping or groundskeeping experience, familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with seasonal schedule changes.

✨ Pay: $18.20 - $20.02/hour (DOE)
✨ Schedule:

Summer: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Winter: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
