Ground Operations & Loading Master (d/m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Organize and monitor shipment of goods from site to site (plant to plant, plant to FAL and plant to supplier) in accordance with pre defined contractual incoterm.

Ensure the loading/unloading operations by using all necessary means in accordance with airbus processes and safety procedures.

Maintain up to date logistics & transportation database and guarantee On time, On quality and On cost delivery.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinating / managing operational transport / loading teams.

• Managing all the activities of Loading/unloading on a specific perimeter. 

• Ensuring the document reliability and the communication between the different stakeholders (TCU, LM, GC). 

• Accountability for ensuring that his tasks comply with  the applicable regulations and rules within his  perimeter.

• Contributing to recovering any delay originated in or out the Station, keeping safety as top priority.

Desired skills and qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience within ground operations / loading

• Bachelor/ Master degree in logistics or equivalent

• Languages: German: mother tongue  English: Negotiation level / French, Italian, Spanish: nice to have

• very good skills in (international) communication

• willingness to independent work and process control

• high organisation skills

• high willingness to travel
