Prepare and finish metal door frames by grinding, sanding, buffing, caulking, and painting. Cut and fasten glazing bead, perform heavy lifting (~50 lbs), and follow safety/PPE procedures during repetitive, physically demanding 9-hour shifts. Training provided.

Qualifications
  • Punctual and steady attendance
  • Ability to get along with diverse workforce
  • Know how to read a tape measure
  • Safe usage of power hand tools, including grinder, dual-action air sander, palm sander, paint gun, screw gun, drills, etc.
  • Ability to grind and buff welded frames, watching for dents, scratches, and other blemishes
  • Ability to flip hollow metal door frames
  • Ability to caulk and paint hollow metal door frames
  • Familiarity with personal protective equipment
  • Repetitive movement required in grinding, applying bondo, sanding, paint spraying, and lifting
  • Ability to stand through a 9-hour shift
