Manage multiple commercial door and hardware projects from plan review and submittals through material purchasing, fabrication, scheduling, change orders, vendor coordination, and customer communication to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and finish metal door frames by grinding, sanding, buffing, caulking, and painting. Cut and fasten glazing bead, perform heavy lifting (~50 lbs), and follow safety/PPE procedures during repetitive, physically demanding 9-hour shifts. Training provided.

Install, wire, program, and commission access control systems: pull low-voltage cable, connect power and components, install and adjust commercial door hardware, and provide system training. Requires multiple vendor certifications, Wyoming low-voltage license, tools and transportation, background/drug screening, and minimum five years' experience. Temporary, contract role.
