Position Summary

The Grinder / Tumbler Associate is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires individuals who are dependable, safety-oriented, and willing to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and/or tumbling equipment safely and efficiently

• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift

• Operate forklifts to move materials 

• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports

• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

• Support Warehouse team as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic computer and math skills

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be provided

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  
   

  Physical Requirements

   

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials regularly

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely
  
   

  Work Environment

   

  Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment. PPE is required at all times.
