The role is focused on driving sales of the full Grid Automation portfolio across the Gulf region for Oil & Gas customers.
Acting as the primary Grid Automation commercial interface within the assigned segment and geographies, he/she is accountable for building and managing a robust pipeline, ensuring strong opportunity visibility and volume in line with the Operating Plan, and collaborating closely with Grid Automation sales teams across the region to maximize coverage and conversion.Job Description
What you'll do:
- Deliver major business goals for the portfolio, incl. financial metrics: orders, CM%, market share objectives within the assigned countries.
- Drive forecast, risks and opportunities.
- Develop customer connections & intimacy to ensure business growth within the assigned countries.
- Understand customer processes, touch points, objective & impacts.
- Execute and follow-up Action Plans for key accounts and strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide Input to the Market Sizing exercise for the PL, analysis of gaps coming from Regions business requests and PL NPI Plan. Participate in Priorities definition with PL Product Management and R&D
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience within the Gulf region
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with Oil & Gas customers in the region
- Strong technical knowledge of power systems, protection & control, and grid automation solutions
- Solid financial acumen, including pricing and margin management
Good understanding of Oil & Gas sales cycles and customer processes - Fluency in English
