Troubadour Golf & Field Club in College Grove, Tennessee is currently seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to join our Agronomy team. Set among the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, Troubadour is a premier private club and a proud member of the Discovery Land Company family.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of golf course maintenance at a high-end facility, working alongside a dedicated and professional agronomy team.
**Entry Level Position - Starting Pay is $18.00 per hour**

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily golf course maintenance operations
• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, raking, blowing, and general course upkeep
• Learn proper turf management practices and equipment operation
• Maintain course conditions that meet the club’s high standards
• Work as part of a team to prepare the golf course for daily play and special events

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the turf industry
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and with others
• Previous turf or golf course experience is helpful, but not required

Qualifications

• Knowledge methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area construction/maintenance work
• Working knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
• Ability to operate trucks and light motorized equipment
• Ability to work in a team environment and operate in a safe, professional manner at all times
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds
