Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About the Role
The Greenskeeper plays an essential role in maintaining exceptional golf course conditions by performing daily turf care, landscaping, and course setup duties. You will help create a world-class playing experience and uphold Four Seasons quality expectations through careful attention to detail, consistent maintenance standards, and teamwork.
Please note that this role will be onboarding between March & April of 2026.
What You Will Do
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using a variety of turf equipment.
Rake bunkers, change cups, set tee markers, and prepare the course for daily play.
Assist with irrigation checks, hand watering, and moisture management.
Perform trimming, edging, landscaping, and debris removal.
Support fertilization, topdressing, aerification, and other agronomic tasks.
Operate equipment safely and perform basic equipment checks.
Report course conditions, safety concerns, and equipment issues promptly.

What You Bring
Previous golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to operate or learn to operate mowers, utility vehicles, and turf tools.
Strong attention to detail and pride in course presentation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and tournament schedules.
Reliable, positive, and team-focused work ethic.
