Position Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Greenskeeper to join our team at Pelican Waters Golf Club. 

In this hands on role, you will help maintain the overall appearance, health, and playability of our golf course grounds, ensuring they meet the high expectations of our residents, members, and guests.


This is a Full time position working 38hours per week, on a shared roster between Monday to Saturdays.


Responsibilities

  • Mow, edge, and trim greens, fairways, tees, and roughs.

  • Fertilise, aerate, and top dress turf to support healthy growth.

  • Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure appropriate watering levels.

  • Safely operate groundskeeping equipment including mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support smooth and efficient operation.

  • Monitor turf for signs of pests, weeds, and disease.

  • Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides in accordance with regulations and safety standards.

  • Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and garden beds throughout the course.

  • Mulch, weed, and maintain aesthetic quality of landscaped areas.

  • Assist with daily course setup including markers, tees, and bunkers.

  • Support tournaments and special events to ensure an exceptional player experience.

  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Adhere to Palm Lake Group Workplace Health & Safety guidelines and all company policies
