Job Description

The role of Greater China Commercial Governance & Controls Specialist is responsible for supporting KYC review, regional channel operations and ensuring regional sales compliance with Agilent’s and regulators’ standards for transaction processing and business relationships.

Responsibilities:

•    Review, monitor, and evaluate all FTO orders and bid agency authorizations to ensure compliance with Agilent requirements and eliminate risk exposure.

•    Assist the Sales team in contacting FTO to complete the KYC process using the online KYC tool.

•    Analyze third-party KYC profiles, financial standing, order reports, and legal status, including credit and export control checks, to understand the role of third-party companies in Agilent order transactions and identify potential risks to Agilent.
•    Manage escalations and coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Legal teams to review transactions. Keep management and all stakeholders informed of progress and status in a timely manner.
•    Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on process enhancements or deliver effective resolutions to ensure operational compliance with Agilent guidelines.
•    Support CPM on channel partner lifecycle management and performance review. 
•    Conduct monthly sales order self-check by reviewing order samples, identifying the risk areas, and summarizing findings and recommendations.
•    Work as the primary contact for sales-related audit programs, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to audit findings; work with cross-functional teams to develop remediation plans in response to audit findings.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or above.
•    Minimum of 4 years' experience in order management, process analysis, compliance, project management, finance or a related field.
•    Knowledge of Agilent compliance policies and requirements, especially for sales and channel partner compliance areas.
•    Deep understanding of business partners' needs and capabilities of aligning plans with business strategies.
•    Result driven, and strong execution capabilities.
•    Demonstrated capabilities of collaborating cross functions.
•    Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues. Project management skills are a plus.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
