Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Manager to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. Crowe collaborates with Fortune 500 to mid-market sized organizations to develop strategic system roadmaps, system implementations, and continuous service delivery models.
We are looking for an experienced Workiva Solutions Architect to design and implement innovative solutions using the Workiva platform. This role involves working closely with clients to implement and optimize Workiva solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency. This individual will lead efforts in implementing GRC software platforms, specifically Workiva, and can work within a team to provide support and subject matter expertise at Fortune 500 companies. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere.
Crowe Risk professionals take pride in providing industry best practices with the goal of assisting clients to achieve a sustainable risk management program. This individual will be responsible for leading engagements to deliver consulting services, including solution development, project leadership, business development, managing client service delivery, and handling other duties assigned by the employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following areas: Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years minimum experience in managing the implementation of Workiva across a variety of industries.
- Proven ability in managing complex Workiva implementations from start to finish with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience leading teams and interacting with all levels of management.
- Strong sales experience, including supporting a sales cycle by providing subject matter expertise, developing proposals, estimates, and staffing plans.
- Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Previous administrator-type experience with the Workiva platform.
- Workiva certifications and experience with Workiva Financial Reporting, GRC, and Data Management Solutions.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
