Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the AEC, consulting, or government contracting sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Lightroom a plus.
- Experience designing in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Asana, Figma, or Canva.
- Understanding of RFP/proposal graphics, Federal procurement processes, and AEC visual standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typographic skills with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and technical rigor.
- Experience designing SF330s, marketing brochures, Gantt charts, and architectural renderings.
- Knowledge of photography, camera systems, and/or video production.
- Experience editing short-form or vertical video and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Understanding of brand systems, color theory, and accessibility standards in design.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design visually compelling materials for proposals, presentations, reports, social media, video, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop infographics, technical diagrams, organization charts, timelines, and project visuals that align with Procon’s evolving brand.
- Support implementation of new visual identity and ensure consistency across all materials and platforms by developing templates for users throughout the company.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate ideas and data into engaging design solutions.
- Contribute to content creation for web, socials, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Organize and maintain a growing library of digital assets and design templates.
- Support photo/video production efforts (studio and field), with opportunities to assist with editing and publishing.
- Ensure compliance with government and client formatting and branding requirements.
