Role Overview
We're hiring a UX, Graphics & Interaction Designer with strong Figma and Framer experience to design clean, scalable, user-focused interfaces, engaging websites, and delightful animations. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality design and smooth interactions across Turium’s solutions and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and workflows across web and mobile products
- Design, enhance, and maintain Turium’s website to ensure a world-class online presence
- Create and manage design systems using Figma
- Build interactive prototypes with Framer, including micro-interactions and animations
- Design and implement animations to improve usability and user delight
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs and animations smoothly
- Conduct user research and apply insights to improve UX, website usability, and interactions
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all touchpoints
- Work in short sprints and iterate quickly based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX/UI, website design, and interaction design for digital products and corporate sites
- Advanced skills in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong experience using Framer to prototype real user flows, interactions, and animations
- Good understanding of motion design principles and how animation enhances UX
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and web accessibility
- Comfortable working with developers and agile teams to bring animations to life
- Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-heavy products is a plus
- MUST: Ability to work hours in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)/Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
