Nordic seeks an experienced Proposal Specialist – Graphics Designer with strong graphic design skills to drive our strategic growth. This role creates visually compelling proposals and sales materials that effectively communicate Nordic’s value proposition and support to the sales team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and images. This role will help to shape the visual aspects of proposals and other branding materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging proposals and PowerPoint presentations
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Translate complex business and engineering concepts into clear visual narratives
- Develop impactful sales collateral that resonates with clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with objectives and audience needs
- Manage multiple complex proposals concurrently, coordinating with remote teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal development or sales (Healthcare IT experience preferred)
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of high-impact visual materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record in team leadership and multi-project management
