Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer owns visual execution across the entire TalentBridge ecosystem, creating everything from social creatives to pitch decks within defined brand guidelines.
How You Make a Difference: Responsibilities
- Design high-impact static and animated digital ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other emerging digital platforms that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Develop compelling landing page graphics, web banners, and conversion-focused visual assets optimized for user engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create visually engaging client-facing materials including pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement collateral.
- Support executive leadership with the design and production of board presentations, internal communications, event branding, trade show materials, and corporate collateral.
- Translate marketing strategies, campaign goals, and business objectives into visually compelling creative concepts that elevate the TalentBridge brand.
- Maintain consistency across all digital and print materials while continuously evolving and strengthening the company’s visual identity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including content, web development, and demand generation to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and resize graphics for multi-channel distribution including websites, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, AI-assisted creative tools, and best practices in digital marketing and branding.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation as needed to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare final production-ready files for both digital and print applications, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent blend of education and work experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of content writing experience specifically in the US staffing industry (mandatory). Experience writing for recruitment CRMs/ATS platforms like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or JobDiva.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of U.S. staffing processes, terminology, and candidate/client personas.
- Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization tools.
- Excellent command of American English grammar, style, and tone.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples, especially for recruitment or staffing.
