- Clearly communicate and document customer requirements.
- Serve as liaison between customers, Printpack Graphics Departments, and prepress.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Maintain accurate and detailed notes and records.
- Process and coordinate art requests in a production schedule to meet customer needs.
- Manage workflow of customer orders with clear and concise understanding under tight timelines.
- Demonstrate comprehension of plant Graphic Specifications and application to electronic artwork.

- A bachelors degree in a related field or 3-5 years job-related experience is preferred
